Prepare the Package
Securely pack the battery in its original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
